I'm a geek blogger and tech enthusiast from Memphis who enjoys the outdoors. I have a passion for technology and a drive for learning. In my 30's, I embarked on a transformative journey into the tech world. My entry point was through Tech901, where I completed the IT Foundations program and earned my CompTIA A+ certification. This initial step ignited my curiosity and set me on a path toward a fulfilling tech career. Building on my foundation, I furthered my skills with an IT project class, expanding my knowledge and capabilities. Currently, I'm dedicated to preparing for the CompTIA Network+ certification, with aspirations to delve into the exciting realms of cybersecurity and ethical hacking. In my current role, I serve as an independent contractor for a local business. Beyond my primary responsibilities, I was allowed to construct a website for the company. This endeavor marked my second website project, and I'm actively honing my web design skills through coursework in WordPress and Elementor. My mission is to offer straightforward solutions to small service businesses. I'm committed to helping them establish a strong online presence with clean, responsive web designs. By doing so, I not only assist these businesses in thriving in the digital age but also continue to refine and expand my own skill set.
